Terms of Service & Online Safety

• Right to terminate: Tutors may instantly end a live session if online behavior is abusive or harmful.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Notice time: Cancel or reschedule via the website at least 24 hours before the session starts.
• Late arrival: Tutors will wait 15 minutes in the Google Meet room before ending a session, which counts as used.
• No-show fees: Missing a session without 24-hour notice results in full charges. No refunds are issued.
